Howard Mittelmark

This is a novel I published a few years ago. You can read the prologue here. I was pretty happy with the cover. They originally proposed this for the cover

but since there were no skulls in the novel, I objected. (I also hated the copy they came up with. My counterproposal was the line that actually ran.)
